The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) conducts the Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE-2025) for Group-B and Group-C posts under various departments of the Government of Odisha.

OSSC CGL Selection Process
As per the official notification, the recruitment process consists of three stages

🔹 Stage-II: Main Written Examination

- Computer Skill Test (for specific posts)

📝 Stage-I: Preliminary Examination
- Total Marks: 150
- Type: Objective (MCQ)
- Mode: OMR / CBRE (Computer Based)
- Purpose: Screening only
- Negative Marking: Yes
Candidates 5 times the number of vacancies (category-wise) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination based on Prelims marks
📝 Stage-II: Main Written Examination
🔸 Paper-I: Language Paper

- Nature: Descriptive / Objective (as notified later)
- Marks: Included in total 200 marks
🔸 Paper-II: General Studies
- Marks: Included in total 200 marks
- Level: Graduation standard

- Medium once chosen cannot be changed
Final Selection
- Merit list is prepared only on the basis of Main Written Examination marks
- Candidates must qualify Mathematics / Computer Skill Test wherever applicable
- Final selection is subject to Certificate Verification
