Many candidates apply for government exams casually and later do not appear in the examination. To control this, the Rajasthan Government has implemented a strict OTR Blocking Rule, which every applicant must understand before applying.
🔴 What is OTR Blocking?
If a candidate:
- Applies for any Rajasthan Government recruitment, and
- Does NOT appear in the examination conducted by RSMSSB / RPSC / other Rajasthan recruitment agencies
👉 Then the candidate’s One Time Registration (OTR) facility will be BLOCKED.
🧾 Penalty & Re-Activation Rules
- First Time OTR Block
- OTR will be blocked
- Candidate must pay ₹750 penalty
- OTR will be re-activated after payment
- Second Time OTR Block (Same Financial Year)
- OTR will be blocked again
- Candidate must pay ₹1500 penalty
- Only then OTR will be re-activated
If the penalty is not paid, the candidate cannot apply for any future Rajasthan government recruitment.
