Regarding your National Scholarship Portal (NSP) application, please note that Institute Nodal Officer (INO) verification is mandatory and without it the scholarship cannot be processed. Since the INO is unavailable, please follow these steps immediately:
1. Contact your college administration (not only INO) Visit or contact the Principal’s office / Scholarship clerk / Office superintendent of ACSR Government Medical College and inform them that your NSP application is pending due to INO unavailability. They can arrange alternate verification or escalation.
2. Submit a written request to the institute requesting urgent NSP approval, mentioning: Application ID, Scheme name, Pending institute verification, Father’s death and financial hardship, Attach a copy of the death certificate and acknowledgment of NSP submission.
3. Login to NSP and confirm your application status: Pending for Institute Verification or Sent Back” (if sent back, correct and resubmit immediately)
4. Raise grievance on NSP (very important) : explaining INO is out of station / unavailable, Application pending due to institute delay and Financial hardship due to parent’s death (Upload supporting documents if option is available)
5. Contact District NSP authority : District Welfare Officer or State Nodal Officer
