💳 One Time Registration (OTR) – Compulsory
Candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) before applying, if not done earlier.
OTR Fee Structure
- General / Creamy Layer OBC / MBC: ₹600
- Non-Creamy OBC / MBC / SC / ST / EWS: ₹400
- PwBD (Divyang): ₹400
📌 Candidates who have already paid OTR earlier do not need to pay again.
⚠️ Important OTR Penalty Rule
- If a candidate fails to appear in two examinations in one financial year, the OTR facility gets blocked
- First unblock penalty: ₹750
- Second time penalty: ₹1500
This rule is officially notified and strictly enforced.

- Candidates from any area of Rajasthan can apply
🔹 TSP Area
- Only local residents of Rajasthan Scheduled Areas are eligible
- Category must be clearly selected during online application
- If not selected correctly, candidature for TSP posts will not be considered

🪖 Ex-Servicemen Reservation – Key Conditions
- Reservation applicable only to Rajasthan domicile ex-servicemen
- Dependents are NOT eligible
- Character at discharge must be “Good” or above
- After re-employment, ex-serviceman status generally ends (as per rules)
♿ PwBD (Divyang) Eligibility
- Minimum 40% permanent disability
- Valid UDID Card is mandatory
- Disability certificate must be issued by an authorized medical authority
- 5% marks relaxation applicable where minimum qualifying marks are prescribed
🏅 Outstanding Sports Person Reservation
- 2% horizontal reservation
- Only candidates meeting specified national / international criteria are eligible
- Sports certificates must be uploaded before the last date
- Wrong claim → candidature cancelled + legal action
📂 Document Verification & Candidature Rules
- All claims will be verified at later stages
- False, incomplete, or misleading information → rejection at any stage
- No correction allowed after final submission
- Final submission generates Application ID (must be saved)
🔄 Change in Vacancies
- RSSB / State Government reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies
- Candidates cannot challenge this decision in court
