- Experience should be in banks / large corporates / PSUs / FIs / financial services organisations
- At least 10 years experience in Banks / Financial Institutions
- Minimum 5 years at Senior Management level
Teaching or training experience will NOT be counted.

- SEBI & RBI compliant financial reporting (Solo & Group)
- Oversight of statutory audits
- Coordination with NFRA & RBI
- Provisions, reserves, dividend finalisation
- Whole Bank Long Form Audit Report (WBLFAR)
Tax & Accounting
- GST and TDS compliance
- Tax optimisation
- IFRS / Ind-AS implementation
- Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
Management & International Banking
- Performance review of circles & whole bank
- Support international banking compliance
- Business Continuity Planning
Final KRAs will be assigned at the time of joining.
💰 Salary / CTC Details
- CTC: Negotiable (No upper limit for suitable candidates)
- Pay Structure:
- Fixed Pay – 90%
- Variable Pay – 10%

- Minimum 90% performance score required
- Variable pay linked to half-yearly appraisal
